i deeply value the work you do.
i spent a few years inside hospitality observing from the outside (basically literally). i got to see up close all the work that goes into hitting those numbers, & how hard the people behind them work to make it happen.
somewhere along the way, i fell in love with observing.
then, i learned how to do it in a way that can actually help.
i worked across mexico & the caribbean, & started noticing something across different markets: there are so many things a property barely makes visible that their guests deeply appreciate.
that’s how exif began.
i wanted to build something around showing those things, understanding which ones matter & finding a way to make them visible.
i want to keep doing this because there are still so many places that deserve to be seen for what they really are.
